Welcome.  I have created this Site using the Website tool now provided by the UTU International and available to all UTU Locals, General Committees, State Boards and other officers who wish to use this means of communication with the membership.  I want to thank UTU President Mike Futhey for making this tool available.

The purpose of this site is to keep UTU officers and members informed as to my activities as International Vice President.  Here you will find pages describing my assignments and outlining my travel itinerary.  I currently have 61 active assignments with various General Committees, including contract negotiations, disputes involving claims and discipline issues, and preparation and presentation of Public Law Board arbitration cases.  You can view a complete listing of my current assignments by clicking on the "Downloads" button on the toolbar at the top of this page, and then clicking the "Assignments" link.  My current travel itinerary is also available by following that "Itinerary" link on the Downloads page. 

In addition to these General Committee assignments I was also tasked with assisting our UTU Information Technologies (IT) department in developing and implementing new communications and education tools that would enable officers at all levels in all departments of UTU to be better equipped to represent the membership.  Thanks to Matt Dolin and his IT staff, several new technology tools have now been developed and this initiative is ongoing.
